Things you can ask: questions, updates, drafts, searches

Example prompts for the Command Center, grouped by what you want: answers, record updates, drafts, outreach and Database searches.

The Command Center handles four kinds of requests: questions about your CRM, updates to records and deals, drafts of emails and texts, and Database searches. Here are prompts that work well for each.

Search and questions

  • "Show me all companies created last week with no reply."

  • "Which people mentioned a competitor in their last call?"

  • "What happened with Acme while I was out?"

  • "How many deals are in Demo Booked right now?"

  • "Who owns the most companies with no activity in 30 days?"

Updating your CRM

  • "Move the Acme deal to Trial Started."

  • "Add 'budget confirmed' to the notes on this company."

  • "Set the Close Date on the Beacon deal to October 31."

  • "Assign every company in Georgia with no owner to Dana."

  • "Create a Smartview of companies with no touch in 14 days."

Every write action shows you the proposed change first. Nothing changes until you confirm. That is the core promise: the Command Center drafts and proposes, you approve. Automatic sending exists only inside agents you have set up to do it.

Drafting and outreach

  • "Draft a follow-up to the person I'm on, referencing the last call."

  • "Write a two-line text to Brian asking if 3pm still works." The draft opens in the SMS composer for you to review and send.

  • "Summarize this company, then draft a check-in email."

  • "Call Brian Chen." The dialer opens with Brian's number. The Command Center never dials on its own.

Database searches

  • "Create a database search for roofing company owners in Georgia."

  • "Find Series A fintech companies in New York with 50 to 200 employees."

  • "Narrow the current search to companies with more than 25 employees."

Agents

  • "Run the follow-up agent on everyone I added today."

  • "Pause the outreach agent."

  • "Create an agent that follows up with every new company after 2 days of silence."

Good prompt habits

  • Name the record, or say "the company I'm on". Context makes the answer precise.

  • Batch related asks: "Summarize this company, then draft a check-in email referencing the last call."

  • If a draft misses the tone, say how: "shorter, more casual, no exclamation marks." The assistant learns from your edits over time (see "Personal AI preferences and AI Behavior").

  • For bulk changes, select the rows first and use Commands in the Action Bar so the scope is explicit.

Credits

Every Command Center request spends AI credits from your single pool. A short question costs a little; a long drafting job costs more. Browsing results costs nothing.
