The Create Agent page offers 13 templates. Each gives you a goal, triggers, cadence and steps you can edit. Here is what each one is for and what to change before you click Activate.
Scores inbound companies based on intent and fit. Use it when you get more inbound than you can call. Edit the fit criteria (industry, employees, region), the score field name, and the threshold that creates a deal or assigns an owner.
Replies to new companies within 60 seconds. Use it for website forms and ad leads where speed wins. Edit the opening message, the booking link, and whether it should wait for your review before sending. Needs a connected mailbox or an approved K3X number.
Normalizes inbound data and creates a company, person and linked deal. Use it behind a webhook from a form, Calendly or a lead vendor. Edit the field mapping (which payload keys go to which fields), the starting stage, and the owner rule.
Assigns companies based on rules and capacity. Use it when several reps share inbound. Edit the rules (territory, industry, deal size) and the fallback (round robin, fewest open deals, a named owner).
Analyzes inbound messages for intent and urgency. Use it when replies pile up. Edit what counts as urgent, where to flag it (note, task, deal stage), and who gets alerted.
Automates touchpoints for unresponsive companies. The default follow-up agent. Edit the number of touches, the wait between them, the channel mix, and the stage to move to when the sequence ends without a reply.
Runs a scripted email plus SMS cadence with built-in waits. Use it for longer sequences with fixed copy. Edit each message, the waits, and the stop condition. Requires both a mailbox and an SMS-ready number.
Re-engages stale companies with personalized outreach. Use it on a Went Cold stage or an old import. Edit how far back to look, the angle of the message, and the once-per-quarter limit so people are not contacted too often.
Flags stalled deals and updates stages. Use it to keep the board honest. Edit the stall threshold in days per stage, the stage to move stalled deals to, and whether to notify the owner first.
Escalates and fast-tracks deals created above a value threshold. Edit the amount, who to alert, and what fast-track means in your team (assign to a senior rep, create a task, send a webhook to Slack).
Summarizes calls and updates deal next steps. Reacts to a logged call on the timeline. Edit the summary format, which deal field holds the next step, and whether to create a follow-up task.
Researches every new company on the web and fills firmographics. Edit the list of fields to fill (Industry, Employees, Region, Annual Revenue and your custom fields) and whether to overwrite values that already exist.
Creates prioritized tasks so work never slips. Edit what earns a task (no touch in N days, deal past close date, reply without response), the priority rule, and who the task goes to.
Replace example stage and field names with yours.
Add a scope line to the goal if the trigger would catch too much.
Enroll it on one record and read the run on the Activity tab.
