Once you reveal a row in the Database, you can push it into Companies and People. From that moment it is a normal CRM record: it has a timeline, can have an owner and deals, and agents can work it.
Steps
In the Database tab, click Reveal on the row.
Push the revealed record into your CRM. The company appears in Companies; the person appears in People, linked to that company.
Open the record. The revealed email and phone are already on the PERSON card, and the website is on the COMPANY card.
Set an owner: click Add Owner on the record page, or select several records in Companies and use Assign in the Action Bar.
What you get on the record
A company with name, website and the firmographics from the Database.
A person with title, verified email (with its verification date) and direct phone.
An empty timeline, ready for emails, calls, SMS, meetings and notes.
A PIPELINE section where you can + Add Deal.
Duplicates
Pushing a record is deduplicated against what you already own. If the company or person is already in your workspace, K3X does not create a second copy and does not charge you again for the reveal. If you ever do end up with two copies from other sources (a CSV import, for example), select both and use Merge in the Action Bar.
Next steps
Run an agent: on the record page click Enroll Agent, or select a batch in Companies or People and click Agents in the Action Bar. A Follow-Up Automation or Multi-Channel Nurture agent is a common first choice for fresh Database records.
Email: click the Email chip on the record. You need a connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox in Settings → Connected Apps.
Call: click Call on the record, or select a list and click Call in the Action Bar to work through it one after another.
SMS: click SMS. This needs a K3X phone number with approved A2P 10DLC or toll-free verification.
Add a deal: click + Add Deal and pick the stage, for example New Lead.
Tips
Push in batches that match how you will work them. Twenty revealed people plus one agent is easier to track than two hundred and nothing.
Add a custom field such as "Source: Database" if you want to report on where records came from. See "Custom fields for companies, people and deals".
