Reveal unmasks the verified email and/or direct phone for a Database row and spends credits from your single pool under the Data Reveal category. You are never charged twice for a person you already own.
How to reveal
Open the Database tab and the search you want to work.
Find the row and click Reveal in the Action column.
The Email and Phone columns update with the verified values. The email shows the date it was last verified.
Push the record into Companies and People to start working it.
What it costs
Each reveal spends credits from your workspace pool. There is one pool for AI actions, calling, texting and data reveals, so you do not need a separate data budget. Monthly credits are spent first, then top-ups. Per-reveal pricing is not published here; the current rate is shown in Settings → Billing.
To see how much your team spends on reveals, click your avatar, then the Usage this cycle bar. The Credit breakdown shows Data Reveal used and remaining, plus the reset date.
Deduplication
Reveals are deduplicated against the records you already own. If the person or company is already in your Companies or People, K3X does not charge you and does not import a duplicate. This makes it safe to reveal from a big list without checking each name first.
Verification dates
Every email in the Database carries the date it was last verified, so you know it worked recently rather than years ago. Bounced emails and dead numbers are removed from the Database. K3X states a 90%+ verified email accuracy rate on its site. A small share of emails will still bounce, so watch replies and bounces on the record timeline as you would with any list.
If a reveal comes back empty
A reveal returns what the Database has for that person: a verified email, a direct phone or both. If a reveal shows nothing for a row, contact support at [email protected] or in the in-app chat with the company and person name, and we will check it and your credits.
Reveal in bulk
Work down the list and reveal the rows you need. To keep credit use predictable, narrow the search by title and location first, then reveal. A revealed person is yours to keep; the data stays on the record after you push it into People.
From Claude or ChatGPT
With K3X connected in Settings → Authorized Apps you can also ask: "Reveal verified emails for the heads of sales in that list and add them to People." The same credits and dedupe rules apply.
