You're in the app. Time to bring your team.
Open Settings → Team and click Invite member. K3X asks for two things:
Email address of the teammate
Role they'll have once they accept
Hit Invite. K3X sends them a magic link to sign up (or sign in, if they already have a K3X account). The invitation appears in your "Pending Invitations" list with a sent-at timestamp until they accept.
The four roles K3X gives you out of the box:
Owner — that's you. Locked, untransferable today.
Administrator — full permissions, but the role itself is editable.
Sales Manager — broader scope than a rep; can see and act across the team's records.
Sales Representative — default for invited reps. Sees and acts on records assigned to them.
You can also create custom roles from Settings → Roles if the four don't fit. Each role is a set of toggles across nine modules (records, deals, pipelines, emails, calls, SMS, agents, analytics, settings) plus a record-scope choice — all records or just assigned.
Managing pending and active members:
Resend an invitation if your teammate didn't get the email
Revoke an invitation you sent in error
Change a role from the active member's drawer — the change takes effect on their next request
Disable a member to instantly cut their access without losing the audit trail (reversible — use this for emergencies)
Delete a member to remove them outright (they keep their K3X account, just lose this org)
A non-owner teammate can also leave on their own from Settings → Membership
A few things worth knowing:
You can't invite the same email twice. A duplicate invite returns an error.
Invitations don't expire today. A pending invite sits there until accepted or revoked.
Seats are unlimited on the flat plan, so disabling or deleting a member doesn't change your bill. Use disable for a temporary lockout; use delete for permanent removal.
Same email, multiple orgs is fine. A teammate disabled in your org can still operate normally in any other K3X org they belong to.
