The Database grid shows one row per company or person. Emails and phones are masked until you reveal them. Use the Columns button to show or hide what you need.
The columns
Action: the Reveal button for the row.
Company: the business name.
Person: the decision-maker at that company, when one matches your search.
Title: the person's role, such as Owner, CEO or Head of Sales.
Website: the company domain.
Email: masked as
•••••@•••••••until revealed. After a reveal it shows the verified address and its last-verified date.Phone: masked until revealed. After a reveal it shows the direct phone.
Industry: the business category.
Employees: headcount.
Tags: extra attributes on the record.
Region: location.
Annual Revenue: estimated yearly revenue.
Founded: founding year.
Why email and phone are masked
Masked values confirm that a verified email or phone exists for the row without showing it. You pay credits only when you choose to reveal. Masking also keeps your credits safe: scrolling a list of 10,000 rows costs nothing.
Show or hide columns
Click Columns at the top of the grid.
Tick the columns you want to see and untick the ones you do not.
Your choice applies to the current search tab.
Filters
Filters cover industry, headcount, location, funding and role. There are two ways to apply them:
Describe it: type the change into the Command Center, for example "only companies with 10 to 50 employees in Georgia".
Column headers: use the header on Industry, Employees, Region, Annual Revenue or Founded to sort or narrow the current list.
Tips
Hide Tags, Founded and Annual Revenue when you are building a call list. Company, Person, Title and Phone are enough.
Sort by Employees to work the largest companies first, or by Founded to find new businesses.
Before a large reveal, narrow by Title so you spend credits only on the people you will contact.
