# Export your data

Your data is yours. How to get companies, people, deals and files out of K3X today, and what happens if you cancel.

Your data belongs to you, and exports are unlimited on the Adaptive plan. Today, a full export is prepared on request by the K3X team; several smaller paths are available in the app and through Claude and ChatGPT.

## Request a full export

1.  Email `hey@k3x.ai` from your K3X account email, or open the in-app chat (SUPPORT bubble, bottom right).
    
2.  Say what you need: companies, people, deals, or all three, and whether you want notes and activity included.
    
3.  We prepare the export as CSV files and send them to your account email. Ask an Owner or Administrator to make the request for a whole-workspace export.
    

## Get a subset yourself

-   **Claude or ChatGPT**: with K3X connected, ask "List every company in stage Demo Booked with owner, website and email as a table" and copy the result into a spreadsheet. Good for a few hundred records at a time.
    
-   **Files**: on any record page, the Files panel has a **Download** button for the documents and email attachments on that record.
    
-   **Pipeline numbers**: the Pipelines board shows total value and count per stage, which covers most quick reporting needs.
    

## Keep another system in sync instead

If the goal is to have your K3X data in Google Sheets, a data warehouse or another tool continuously, use an agent with a webhook step. The agent posts the records it works on to Make, Zapier, n8n or your own endpoint, and the **Deliveries** tab on the agent shows every delivery. See "Webhooks in K3X: the basics".

## If you cancel

Your plan runs to the end of the current billing period. After it ends you can still request an export for 30 days. After that window K3X deletes your customer data according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy at `k3x.ai/legal`.

## Privacy requests

For a request to export or delete one person's data, for example under GDPR or CCPA, email `hey@k3x.ai` with the person's name and email address. We handle the request as your processor.
