Click any company or person name in a grid to open its record page. The page has three panels: Files on the left, the timeline in the middle and the record cards on the right.
The timeline is the full history of the record in date order. Every email, call, text, meeting, note and system event lands here automatically.
Filters: All · Emails · Calls · SMS · Meetings · Notes · System. Click one to see only that type.
Search activity: find a word inside the history.
Date: flip the sort order.
Calendar events from your connected calendar show as meetings with Edit and Details. Calls show duration, outcome and the notes you typed during the call.
Above the timeline sit five chips: Email, SMS, Call, Meeting, Note. Email and SMS open a composer that docks in place, with templates, snippets and scheduling. Call opens the dialer with the record's number. Meeting creates a calendar event. Note adds a note to the timeline.
The Files panel shows a count, a search box, and Upload and Download buttons. Attachments from emails on this record land here automatically and are marked "From email". Upload proposals, contracts or screenshots so the whole team finds them in one place.
Name, local time at the company's location, website, and an Add Field button for custom fields. On a person's page, the company they are linked to appears here.
One card per linked person: name, email (with a Label such as work or personal), phone and Add Field. Click + Add Person to link another person to the company.
Who is responsible for the record. Click Add Owner to set or change it.
Which agents are working this record. Click Enroll Agent to add one, for example a follow-up sequence. "No agents enrolled" means the record is untouched by automation.
The current stage and the deals on this company. Click + Add Deal to create a deal with a name, amount and stage, and Add Field to add deal custom fields such as Close Date.
Read the timeline to catch up.
Click Call or Email and reach out. The activity logs itself.
Add a Note with what you learned.
