The plan: $50 per month flat for your whole team — unlimited seats.
Included each month — 2,000 credits total, shared across your whole team:
1,600 AI credits — used by AI Chat conversations and AI Agent runs
200 SMS credits — used by outbound SMS
200 Call credits — used by call minutes and recording transcription
Beyond the included credits, pricing is fully usage-based — it scales up in busy months and back down when things slow.
Your trial: 14 days, no overage allowed.
Trials get a smaller starting bucket — 200 AI / 100 SMS / 100 calls — and trials cannot go into overage. Once a category is empty, that category pauses until you upgrade or the trial ends. This is intentional: it keeps your first two weeks predictable and free.
No credit card required.
Click "Start 14-day free trial" and your trial starts immediately — no payment details needed. You add a payment method only when you're ready to convert to a paid plan.
Upgrading from trial to paid.
If you want to upgrade before day 14 (so you can use the full credit bucket), there's an in-app upgrade button on Settings → Billing. It swaps to paid in place — you'll add your payment method as part of the upgrade.
Cancelling.
Cancel anytime from Stripe's billing portal, linked from Settings → Billing → Manage plan. Your data stays; you just lose access to the app until you re-subscribe.
One more thing.
If you ever see a "Payment required" banner inside the app, your subscription has lapsed (card declined, cancelled, or expired). The fastest fix is Settings → Billing → Manage plan → update payment method.
