# Getting help: support, demos and onboarding

How to reach K3X support, book a demo, get onboarding help, report a bug, and follow what changed in the changelog.

Four ways to get help, from fully self-serve to us doing it with you.

## 1\. Self-serve

This help center at `help.k3x.ai/en` covers setup, messaging and calling, integrations, billing, Claude and ChatGPT, and troubleshooting. Inside the app, the **Command Center** bar at the bottom of the screen answers "where is X" and "how do I" questions about your own workspace.

## 2\. Chat and email support

- **In-app chat:** click the **SUPPORT** bubble in the bottom right of the app. Chat support is available 24/7.

- **Email:** `hey@k3x.ai`. Use this for anything that needs a paper trail: billing questions, data requests, security questionnaires, account deletion.

- **Phone:** (844) 553-9462.

When you write in, include your **Organization ID**. Click your avatar in the top right and use the Copy button next to it.

## 3\. Book a demo

The fastest way to see K3X on your own use case is a 20-minute 1:1 demo: `https://calendly.com/k3x/demo`. Bring a real workflow ("we get 30 form fills a week and miss half the calls") and we build it live on the call.

## 4\. Onboarding help

Getting a team up and running (CSV import, mailbox connection, first agents, phone numbers and SMS registration) is available on request. Ask in the chat or on a demo call. Setup is designed to be quick: connect your email, import or find your companies, describe your first agent in plain English. If you would rather we hook everything up for your business, tell us what you are connecting and we will scope it honestly.

## Reporting a bug

Use the **SUPPORT** chat and include:

- What you clicked and what you expected to happen.

- The exact error text or a screenshot.

- Whether teammates see the same thing.

- Your Organization ID and, if it is about one record, a link to it.

## What changed in K3X

Every release is listed at `k3x.ai/changelog` with what changed and why it matters. Check it when a button has moved or a feature looks different.
