Navigation layout and theme are personal settings in your avatar panel. The workspace timezone is a shared setting in Settings → Company.
Move the navigation
Click your avatar in the top right.
Find the layout toggle and choose Side menu or Top bar.
Top bar keeps the tabs in a row across the top and leaves the full width for your grids. Side menu moves Companies, People, Pipelines, Database, Agents and Settings into a column on the left, which some people find easier to scan. The choice is yours alone; it does not change what teammates see.
Light, dark or system
Open the same avatar panel.
Choose System, Light or Dark.
System follows your operating system, so K3X switches with your computer's day and night settings.
Workspace timezone
Dates and times in K3X render in the workspace timezone, set when the workspace was created. If your team moved or you picked the wrong zone at setup:
Go to Settings → Company. You need the Owner or Administrator role.
Change Workspace timezone and save.
Record pages also show the local time of each company next to its name, so you know when it is a good moment to call.
Other things in the avatar panel
Your name and email, with links to Settings, Imports and Sign out.
Switch workspace, with your role under each workspace.
Usage this cycle: your credit bar, + Add credits, and the Credit breakdown by AI, Calling, Texting and Data Reveal.
Your User ID and Organization ID with Copy buttons. Support may ask for these.
