K3X has one plan, the Adaptive plan, and a 7-day free trial to try it.
The trial
Start it from app.k3x.ai/auth/signup. For 7 days you get the full app: Companies, People, Pipelines, Database, Agents, the dialer, Claude and ChatGPT connections, and unlimited teammates. Trial usage spends from a trial credit allowance. Open your avatar in the top right to see the Usage this cycle bar and how much is left.
One trial per organization. If your workspace has already had a trial, the next step is the Adaptive plan.
The Adaptive plan
$399 per month, one flat fee for the whole team.
400,000 credits loaded every billing cycle.
Unlimited seats. Invite as many teammates as you like at no extra cost.
Everything included: AI agents, SMS and calling, the 200M+ database, Claude and ChatGPT, 24/7 chat support.
What credits pay for
Credits are the single currency for everything K3X does on your behalf: AI actions (agents, drafting, Command Center), outbound calls and texts, and revealing emails and phone numbers from the Database. One pool, one number to watch. The exact rate for each action is shown in Settings → Billing.
Need more credits?
Top-ups: $99 per 100,000 credits, bought in 1 to 10 packs ($99 to $999). They never expire while your plan is active. Monthly credits are spent first, so top-ups stay untouched until you need them.
Auto-recharge: turn it on in Settings → Billing. When you drop below 2,500 credits, K3X adds 100,000 credits for $99 so your agents never stall.
What happens at the end of the trial
To keep going, add a payment method in Settings → Billing → Manage plan. Your plan renews monthly from that point. If you do not subscribe, your data stays in place and you regain access as soon as you subscribe.
What happens when credits run out
Your CRM keeps working. Records, pipelines, notes and your connected mailbox stay available. Only paid actions pause until you buy a pack or auto-recharge kicks in.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
