Step 2 of onboarding is the shortest. K3X needs your real name before letting you into the app.
Why? When you signed up, we created your account with a placeholder name ("New User"). That's our way of marking your profile as incomplete. Without a real name, you'd show up to teammates as "New User" in mentions, activity feeds, and the assigned-owner field on every lead — confusing fast.
Add:
First name (required)
Last name (required)
You can optionally add your phone number and a separate work email here too, but neither is required to continue.
Hit Save, and you're done with this step.
A few notes:
Your name shows up wherever you act in K3X: on activity feed entries, on assigned leads, in
@mentions, on calls and SMS you place, and on emails you send through your connected mailbox.You can change your name anytime from Settings → Profile.
This step is per-user, not per-organization. Your name is the same across every K3X org you belong to.
If you accepted an invitation and your name was already filled in from another K3X org, double-check it before saving.
