Sign up and sign in

Create your K3X account with email, Google or Microsoft, verify your email, and reset a password.

Sign up at https://app.k3x.ai/auth/signup. Sign in later at https://app.k3x.ai/auth/signin.

Three ways to sign up

  • Email and password. Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters. K3X sends a verification email. You cannot enter the app until you click the link in it.

  • Google. Click Continue with Google. K3X reads your name, email and avatar. Google accounts count as verified, so there is no extra email step.

  • Microsoft. Same as Google, using your Microsoft 365 account. Also pre-verified.

If the verification email does not arrive

  1. Wait two minutes and check your spam or promotions folder.

  2. Click Resend on the verification screen.

  3. Still nothing? Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with.

Things to know

  • Google or Microsoft and password accounts do not merge. If you signed up with Google and later try the same email with a password, you create a separate account. Pick one method and stay with it.

  • One email, many workspaces. If a teammate invites you to a new workspace later, do not sign up again. Accept the invitation from the email link and the workspace is added to your account.

  • Your sign-in email is shown in Settings → Security.

Reset or change your password

  • Forgot it? Click Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset email comes from our sign-in provider, so the sender is a noreply@ address rather than k3x.ai. Check spam if it does not arrive in a couple of minutes.

  • Signed in and want a new one? Go to Settings → Security and use Change password.

  • Signed up with Google or Microsoft? There is no K3X password. Your sign-in lives with that provider.

After you sign up

K3X takes you through a short onboarding: create or join a workspace, add your name, and start your trial. The next articles cover each step.
