K3X is an AI-native CRM for small sales teams and owner-led businesses. It comes with a built-in database of 200M+ companies and people, AI agents that do the follow-up work, and calling and texting built in. You describe what you want in plain English, and K3X does the clicking.
What is new in K3X 2.0
Claude and ChatGPT, natively. Connect once from Settings → Authorized Apps and work your CRM from the chat you already use: search, update deals, run agents.
The Database tab. 200M+ verified companies and people inside the app. Describe your ideal customer, reveal emails and direct phones, and push them into Companies and People.
A redesigned app. Navigation can sit on the side or across the top. Select records and act on them from the Action Bar in one click.
A rebuilt dialer. Call from any record or a whole selection. A live-call banner stays with you, and every call is logged to the timeline automatically.
One credit pool. AI actions, calling, texting and data reveals all spend from a single pool of K3X Credits, with a live breakdown in your profile.

Database: prospects you do not own yet.
Agents: AI workers that run on triggers you set.
Command Center: the bar at the bottom of the screen. Ask anything or give a command.
Your first 30 minutes
Sign up at
app.k3x.ai/auth/signupand create your workspace.Add your name in Settings → Profile and connect Gmail or Outlook in Settings → Connected Apps.
Click the + button in the top bar and import a CSV, or create your first company by hand.
Open Database and describe a search such as "roofing company owners in Georgia". Reveal a few people and add them to your records.
Open Agents, pick the Follow-Up Automation template, and describe what you want it to do.
Click + → Invite team to bring in your teammates. Seats are unlimited.
Good to know
K3X runs in the browser. There is no mobile app today.
Email sends through your own connected mailbox, never from a k3x.ai address.
When credits run out, the CRM keeps working. Only paid actions pause until you top up.
