K3X is an AI-native CRM for small sales teams and owner-led businesses. The K3X plugin lets ChatGPT read and update one K3X workspace on your behalf. You stay signed in to K3X, ChatGPT does the typing.
A K3X account with access to at least one workspace
A ChatGPT plan that supports plugins (Plus, Pro, Team or Enterprise)
For Team and Enterprise, an admin may need to approve the plugin first
In ChatGPT, open the message composer and type @K3X, or find K3X in the Plugins directory.
Click Connect.
Sign in with your K3X account and pick the workspace ChatGPT should use.
Approve the requested permissions. You are done. Mention @K3X in any chat.
To disconnect, go to ChatGPT Settings, Plugins, and remove K3X. This revokes the token immediately.
Search companies, contacts and deals by name, email or phone

Permanently delete anything. Archive is reversible.
Access any workspace other than the one you selected
The plugin uses OAuth 2.0. When you connect, ChatGPT receives a token scoped to your user and the workspace you chose. Every action runs as you and is limited by your K3X role. If your role cannot archive a deal in the K3X app, ChatGPT cannot archive it either.
Tokens can be revoked at any time from ChatGPT's plugin settings or from your K3X account settings. K3X never shares your credentials with OpenAI.
Data flows only when you ask ChatGPT to do something in K3X. There is no background sync.
K3X does not store your ChatGPT conversations.
ChatGPT receives only the records needed to fulfill your request, not a copy of your database.
Every write action is logged in the K3X activity feed with your user as the actor.
K3X holds SOC 2 Type II. K3X AI models train only within each customer's own account, never across customers.

Bulk operations are capped per request. ChatGPT will batch larger jobs.
Some custom field types (files, formulas) are read-only through the plugin.
