The K3X app for ChatGPT (an MCP connector, not a plugin) lets ChatGPT read and update your K3X workspace on your behalf. Connect once, approve the permissions, then ask ChatGPT to search companies, update deals or manage agents in plain English.

K3X ships an MCP server. The K3X app in ChatGPT is a connector to it. Every action runs as you, limited by your K3X role and the scopes you approve. ChatGPT receives only the records your request needs, and K3X does not store your ChatGPT conversations.
A K3X account with access to at least one workspace.
A ChatGPT plan that supports apps and connectors. If you cannot find the apps or connectors section in ChatGPT's settings, check OpenAI's help for your plan.
On ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, a workspace admin may need to enable the K3X app first.
In ChatGPT, open Settings and find the apps and connectors section.
Search for K3X and click Connect. If it is not listed, add it as a custom connector with the details shown in K3X under Settings → Authorized Apps.
Sign in with your K3X account and pick the workspace ChatGPT should use.
Review and approve the scopes: Read records, Create and edit records, Read deals, Create and edit deals, Read emails calls and meetings, Read AI agents, Create and edit AI agents.
Start a chat, enable the K3X app for it, and ask something.

If ChatGPT does not pick up K3X on its own, mention K3X in the prompt or select the app from the composer.
Open Settings → Authorized Apps. Your ChatGPT connection appears with its scopes and connected date. Owners and Administrators also see Other members' connections.
In K3X: Settings → Authorized Apps, click Revoke next to the ChatGPT connection.
In ChatGPT: open the K3X app in settings and disconnect it.
Revoking in either place stops the token immediately. To change workspaces, revoke and connect again.
The K3X API calls companies leads and people contacts. When ChatGPT reports that it called search_leads or update_contact, it is working with your Companies and People records.
Both assistants connect to the same workspace, so you can ask Claude to pause an agent and later ask ChatGPT what that agent did. Each connection is separate and is listed separately in Authorized Apps.

No background sync. Data moves only when you ask.
Every write is logged on the record timeline with you as the actor.
K3X is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, with encryption in transit and at rest. Customer data is not used to train third-party models.
