K3X is an AI-native CRM for small sales teams and owner-led businesses. The K3X connector is an MCP server that lets Claude read and update one K3X workspace on your behalf. You stay signed in to K3X, Claude does the typing.
A K3X account with access to at least one workspace
Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise (connectors require a paid plan)
For Team and Enterprise, an admin may need to approve the connector first
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
Find K3X in the directory and click Connect.
Sign in with your K3X account and pick the workspace Claude should use.
Approve the requested permissions. You are done. Start a chat and mention K3X.
To disconnect, go to Settings, Connectors, and remove K3X. This revokes the token immediately.

Access any workspace other than the one you selected
The connector uses OAuth 2.0. When you connect, Claude receives a token scoped to your user and the workspace you chose. Every action runs as you and is limited by your K3X role. If your role cannot archive a deal in the K3X app, Claude cannot archive it either.
Tokens can be revoked at any time from Claude's connector settings or from your K3X account settings. K3X never shares your credentials with Anthropic.
Data flows only when you ask Claude to do something in K3X. There is no background sync.
K3X does not store your Claude conversations.
Claude receives only the records needed to fulfill your request, not a copy of your database.
Every write action is logged in the K3X activity feed with your user as the actor.
K3X holds SOC 2 Type II. K3X AI models train only within each customer's own account, never across customers.
