Your profile
Change your name anytime from Settings → Profile. Your name is per-user, not per-organization — it's the same in every K3X org you belong to, and it appears on activity feeds, assigned leads, @mentions, calls, and emails you send.
Password and sign-in
Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. The reset email comes from our auth provider, so the sender is a noreply@… address rather than k3x.ai — check spam if it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes.
Signed up with Google or Microsoft? Your sign-in lives with that provider — there's no separate K3X password. Note that OAuth and password accounts don't merge: signing in with the same email but a different method creates a separate account.
Multiple organizations
The same email can belong to any number of K3X organizations. Switch between them from the avatar menu in the sidebar. Invitations to new orgs arrive by email — accept from the link, no new signup needed.
Leaving an organization
Non-owners can leave from Settings → Membership. Owners can't leave their own org (ownership transfer is handled by K3X support).
Email verification
Email/password signups must verify before the app loads data. No verification email? Check spam, then hit Resend on the verification screen.
Deleting your account
Removing a member from an org deletes their access, not their K3X account. To permanently delete your account and personal data, contact [email protected] from the account's email address and we'll process it.
Timezone
Dates and times render using your organization's timezone, set when the org was created — ask an admin to update it in settings if your team has moved.
