What can K3X do? A feature overview

A one-page map of K3X: the four surfaces, the channels, the AI layer, and where to learn each part.

K3X is an AI-native CRM for sales teams who'd rather have the work done than configure another tool to track it. You define outcomes; K3X's agents execute, and you approve what goes out.

The four surfaces

  • Leads — every prospect in one place, organized by Smart Views (saved filters you switch like tabs). Each lead's profile holds the full history: calls, emails, texts, meetings, files, deals, custom fields. → "Leads and contacts"

  • Pipeline — your deals as a drag-and-drop kanban with customizable stages, kept honest by agents that detect stalls and propose moves. → "Working the pipeline"

  • Agents — autonomous AI workers with goals, tools, and triggers: new lead, stalled deal, inbound email, missed call, schedule, or webhook. They draft by default; you approve. → "Create your first AI Agent"

  • AI Chat — the always-on assistant: search anything, draft anything, update anything, in plain language, with a confirmation card before any change. → "AI Chat: everything you can ask your CRM"

Built-in channels

  • Email through your own Gmail or Outlook — K3X sends as you.

  • SMS and MMS with real business numbers, compliance handled (A2P 10DLC / TFV guides included).

  • Calling in the browser: dialer, recording, transcription, voicemail, missed-call handling.

The AI layer

Call transcripts become summaries, action items, and CRM updates. Follow-ups write themselves and wait for approval. Pipelines self-update from real events. Everything AI does is visible, approvable, and logged.

Integrations

Native email and telephony, plus a universal webhook pattern that connects Zapier, Make, n8n, and any tool that can send an HTTP request. Full API access included. → "Which integrations does K3X support?"

Pricing shape

One flat monthly fee, unlimited seats, a shared credit pool for AI/SMS/calling usage, 14-day free trial with no credit card. → "How credits work in K3X"
