The Pipeline tab shows your deals as a kanban board. Every deal belongs to a lead — deals are created from inside a lead's profile (right panel), and the kanban is where you move them and watch the flow.
New workspaces ship with six stages: New Opportunity Identified → Qualification & Discovery → Proposal Development → Contract Negotiation Phase → Deal Closed & Won → Deal Closed & Lost.
You can rename, recolor, reorder, archive, or add stages from Settings to match how your team actually sells.
Open the lead → right panel → add a deal with its value. The deal then appears on the kanban in its current stage. One lead can hold multiple deals.
Drag a deal from stage to stage as it progresses. Stage changes are recorded on the lead's activity feed, can trigger agents (e.g. "when a deal hasn't moved in 7 days, nudge me"), and can fire outbound webhooks to the rest of your stack.
Agents can move deals for you based on what actually happens — a booked meeting, a signed contract via a Stripe webhook, a qualification answer found in a call transcript. Every AI-proposed move follows the same approval model as everything else: you confirm before it changes unless you've opted that agent into autosend.
Keep stages to what you can verify happened, not moods ("Proposal sent" beats "Feeling good").
Use an agent for stall detection: "If a deal sits in Qualification for 7 days with no activity, draft a follow-up and remind the owner."
Won/Lost are stages too — closing a deal keeps the lead and its history intact.
If clicking a deal card only drags it and won't open the lead, update your browser and try again — and if it persists, report it from the widget so we can check the click handling on your setup.
