The universal path: webhooks
Every K3X agent can act as a live webhook endpoint: it receives external data, maps fields automatically, and runs whatever workflow you describe. That means any tool that can send a webhook — or that's connected to Zapier, Make, or n8n — can create leads, update deals, and trigger agents in K3X. It also works in reverse: K3X can post events out to any URL when things happen in your CRM.

Apollo.io — yes, via Zapier or webhooks. When Apollo finds or updates a contact, send it to a K3X agent's webhook URL to create/update the lead. We can help you set it up.
Calendly / Cal.com — booking events can POST to an agent that logs the meeting and preps research.
Typeform / website forms / Facebook Lead Ads — form submissions become leads instantly through a webhook or a Zapier/Make step.
Zoho Mail and other mailboxes — Gmail and Outlook are supported natively today; other mailboxes can usually be wired through forwarding plus webhooks, and custom integrations are available on request. Ask us.
