K3X sends email through your own mailbox. When you connect Gmail or Outlook, emails to your leads come from your address — never from a k3x.ai address — which keeps replies, threading, and deliverability in your control.
Connect Gmail
Open Settings → Connected Apps.
Choose Gmail and click Connect.
Sign in with Google and approve the requested permissions.
Once connected, emails you send from a lead's profile or that an agent drafts for you will go out through your Gmail account.
Connect Outlook / Microsoft 365
Open Settings → Connected Apps.
Choose Outlook and click Connect.
Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the permissions.
What syncs
Your connected mailbox is used for sending, and replies from your leads thread onto the lead's activity feed so the whole conversation lives in one place.
Troubleshooting
The connection window closes but nothing happens. Try again in a normal (non-incognito) browser window with pop-ups allowed for app.k3x.ai.
Microsoft error codes starting with AADSTS. These come from Microsoft's sign-in service. Some (like consent or cross-origin errors) are on our side to fix — if you hit one, report it through the widget with the exact code and we'll investigate quickly. Known issues of this type have been resolved, so reconnecting usually works.
Your organization requires admin consent. On some Microsoft 365 tenants, an admin must approve new apps. Ask your IT admin to approve the K3X connection, then retry.
Connected but emails aren't sending. Disconnect and reconnect the mailbox from Settings → Connected Apps. If it persists, contact support — we can see the connection state on our end.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect your mailbox anytime from Settings → Connected Apps. Email history already logged on your leads stays in K3X; K3X simply stops sending through that mailbox.
