Notifications: what K3X sends and how to control it

The exact email and in-app notification toggles in Settings → Notifications, and what to check when an email keeps coming.

K3X notifies you by email and inside the app. Each type has its own toggle in Settings → Notifications, so you can keep the signal and cut the noise.

Email notifications

  • Daily Digest: one summary email a day of what happened in your workspace.

  • New Companies: when a company is created or imported.

  • Critical Alerts: things that need action, such as an agent that stopped with errors or a billing problem. Keep this one on.

  • Task Reminders: reminders for tasks and follow-ups that are due.

  • Marketing Updates: product news from K3X. Optional.

In-app notifications

  • Mentions: a teammate mentions you on a record.

  • Company Updates: changes to companies you own.

  • Pipeline Changes: deals moving between stages.

  • New Messages: inbound emails and texts on your records.

  • Team Activity: what teammates are doing in the workspace.

Change your settings

  1. Open Settings → Notifications.

  2. Turn each email and in-app toggle on or off.

  3. Save if the page asks you to.

These settings are personal. Each member sets their own.

Where agent activity shows up

Agents log every step on the record timeline and on their own Activity tab in Agents. Errors and success rates are visible in the Agents list. If you are getting emails about agent problems, that is Critical Alerts; fix the agent rather than turning the alert off.

"I turned something off but still get emails"

  1. Check Settings → Notifications again. If you belong to more than one workspace, switch to the one named in the email and check there too.

  2. Email toggles and in-app toggles are separate. Turning off New Messages in-app does not stop Daily Digest emails.

  3. Billing emails, verification emails and password resets are not notifications and cannot be switched off.

  4. Still getting mail you cannot explain? Forward one to [email protected]. The message headers let us trace which system sent it.
