Your personal account settings live under MY ACCOUNT in Settings: Profile for who you are, Security for how you sign in.
Profile
Settings → Profile holds your avatar, first and last name, work email and phone. Your name appears wherever you act in K3X: the timeline, the Owner field on records, mentions, calls and texts you place, and emails you send through your connected mailbox.
Open Settings → Profile.
Edit your name, work email or phone. Click the avatar to shuffle it.
Save.
Profile is per user, not per workspace. A change here shows in every K3X workspace you belong to.
Security
Settings → Security shows the email linked to your sign-in and lets you change your password.
Change your password
Open Settings → Security.
Click Change password.
Enter your current password and a new one of at least 8 characters.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen at app.k3x.ai/auth/signin, click Forgot password. The reset email comes from our sign-in provider, so the sender is a noreply@ address rather than k3x.ai. Check spam if it does not arrive within a couple of minutes.
Signed in with Google or Microsoft
There is no K3X password to change. Your sign-in, including two-factor authentication, is managed by Google or Microsoft. Keep using the same method every time: a password account with the same email is a separate account, and the two do not merge.
Good habits
Use a unique password or sign in with Google or Microsoft and turn on two-factor authentication there.
Sign out on shared computers from the avatar panel (Sign out).
Review Settings → Authorized Apps now and then. It lists your Claude and ChatGPT connections with their scopes and a Revoke button.
Review Settings → Connected Apps and disconnect mailboxes you no longer use.
Deleting your account
Removing you from a workspace removes your access, not your K3X account. To delete your account and personal data, email [email protected] from the account's email address.
