# Top-ups and auto-recharge

Buy 100,000-credit packs for $99 each, one to ten at a time, or let auto-recharge add a pack when you drop below 2,500 credits.

Need more than your monthly 400,000? Buy top-up packs of 100,000 credits for $99 each, from 1 to 10 packs ($99 to $999). Top-ups never expire while your plan is active. Turn on **Auto-recharge** and K3X adds a pack on its own when you drop below 2,500 credits.

## Buy a top-up

1.  Click your **avatar** in the top bar and click **\+ Add credits** next to the Usage this cycle bar. Or open **Settings → Billing**.
    
2.  Choose how many packs: 1 to 10. Each pack is 100,000 credits for $99.
    
3.  Confirm. The card on file is charged and the credits land in your TOP-UP balance right away.
    

## How top-ups are spent

-   Monthly credits are spent first. Top-ups stay untouched until the monthly 400,000 are gone.
    
-   Top-up credits roll over month to month and never expire while your plan is active.
    
-   If you cancel, top-up credits stop with the plan at the end of your billing period. Use them before then.
    

## Auto-recharge

Auto-recharge keeps agents, calls and reveals from stalling when the pool runs low.

1.  Open **Settings → Billing**.
    
2.  Find **Auto-recharge**: "When you drop below 2,500 credits, we add 100,000 credits for $99."
    
3.  Switch it on.
    
4.  Optionally change the pack size, so each recharge adds more than one pack. Larger recharges mean fewer charges on busy weeks.
    

Each recharge appears in **Billing history** with its invoice.

## Should you turn it on?

-   **Yes** if agents run around the clock, if you dial lists daily, or if a stalled sequence costs you more than $99.
    
-   **Maybe later** if you are still learning your monthly usage and prefer to approve each purchase.
    

Owners and administrators can turn auto-recharge on or off at any time.

## Planning packs

Look at the reset date and the used total in the Credit breakdown. If you are more than halfway through your credits before the midpoint of the cycle, buy packs to cover the gap. Because top-ups never expire, buying a little more than you need is not a loss.

## Fees that are not credits

Phone numbers and carrier registrations (A2P 10DLC, toll-free verification) are passed through at cost and shown before you confirm. They are not top-up packs.

## Trouble buying a pack
