# Usage this cycle and the Credit breakdown

Read the Usage this cycle bar in your profile, open the Credit breakdown, and see where credits went in Settings → Billing.

Click your avatar in the top right to see **Usage this cycle**, one bar for all your credits. Hover or click it for the **Credit breakdown** by AI, Calling, Texting and Data Reveal. **Settings → Billing** shows where credits went in more detail.

## The Usage this cycle bar

1.  Click your **avatar** in the top bar. The profile panel opens.
    
2.  Find **Usage this cycle**. The bar has a segment for each category and shows how much of the cycle's credits are used.
    
3.  Below it: "N credits remaining across AI, calling, texting & data reveal".
    
4.  Next to it: **\+ Add credits** to buy a top-up pack.
    

## The Credit breakdown

Hover or click the bar to open the breakdown. Each row has a progress bar and two numbers:

-   **AI Credits**: agents, drafting, Command Center.
    
-   **Calling**: call minutes, recording, transcription.
    
-   **Texting**: SMS and MMS.
    
-   **Data Reveal**: Database reveals.
    

Each row shows used and remaining, and the panel shows "resets <date>", the day your monthly credits reload.

## Who sees what

Owners and administrators see the same breakdown for the whole workspace. Other roles see the workspace pool they are spending from. Because there is one pool, there is no personal allowance to run out of.

## Settings → Billing

Open **Settings** (gear icon) → **Billing** for the longer view:

-   **Your credits**: MONTHLY (used of total, resets date) and TOP-UP (rolls over, never expires). "Monthly credits are spent first, so top-ups stay untouched until you need them."
    
-   **Where credits went**: AI actions with the number of actions, Calls & texts with minutes, and Total used.
    
-   **Auto-recharge** toggle and pack size.
    
-   **Billing history** and **Payment & invoices**.
    

## Reading the numbers

-   If one category is climbing faster than the others, open the **Agents** tab. The **Credits (7d)** column shows which agent is spending.
    
-   If Calling is high, check which numbers have recording and transcription on in **Settings → Phone & Voicemail**.
    
-   If Data Reveal is high, you are prospecting. That is normal in a build week. Narrow searches by title before revealing to keep it efficient.
    
-   The reset date tells you how many days of the cycle are left. Halfway through the month with 70% used is a signal to add a pack or turn on auto-recharge.
    

## Trial workspaces

During the 7-day trial the same bar and breakdown show your trial credits. When you convert, the pool reloads with 400,000 and the reset date moves to your billing date.
