Short answer: email, calendar, calling, texting and the Claude and ChatGPT assistants are built in. Everything else connects through agent webhooks, directly or with Make, Zapier or n8n in the middle.
Built in
Gmail and Google Calendar: connect your mailbox in Settings → Connected Apps. K3X sends email as you, threads replies onto the record timeline, files attachments automatically and shows calendar events as meetings.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Calendar): same as above for Microsoft accounts.
Calling and SMS: built into K3X on your own business numbers, powered by Twilio under the hood. No separate telephony tool, and numbers are managed in Settings → Phone & Voicemail.
Claude and ChatGPT: K3X ships an MCP server. Connect from Settings → Authorized Apps, approve the scopes you want, then work your CRM in plain English from either assistant: search and update records, create and move deals, create and run agents.
Database: 200M+ companies and people with verified emails and direct phones, in the Database tab. No separate data tool.
Stripe: billing for your K3X plan runs on Stripe. Manage it in Settings → Billing.
The universal path: agent webhooks
Every agent has its own webhook URL. Any tool that can send a POST can start an agent run, and an agent step can push results to any URL. That covers forms, booking tools, payment events, ad platforms, spreadsheets, Slack and legacy CRMs, either directly or through Make, Zapier or n8n. Step-by-step guides: "Webhooks in K3X: the basics", "Connect K3X with Make.com", "Connect K3X with Zapier", "Connect K3X with n8n".
Frequently asked tools
Calendly or Cal.com: booking events post to an agent that creates the company and deal and preps the call. Through Zapier, Make, or the booking tool's own webhooks.
Typeform, website forms, Facebook Lead Ads: submissions become companies and people through a webhook or a Zapier or Make step.
Apollo, Clay and other list tools: push rows to an agent's webhook to create records.
Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot: reachable in both directions through Make, Zapier or n8n.
Other mailboxes: Gmail and Microsoft 365 are the supported mailboxes today. Ask us about your setup if you use something else.
Direct integrations
A catalog of 3,000+ direct integrations is rolling out. Until an app shows as connected in your workspace, use the webhook path above; it works for every tool that talks to the internet.
API access
The MCP server is the documented programmatic interface today. If you need direct API access beyond what agent webhooks and the MCP tools cover, email [email protected] with the use case and we will point you at the right path.
Not seeing what you need?
Tell us what you are connecting through the in-app chat (SUPPORT bubble, bottom right) or [email protected]. We will either send you the webhook recipe or scope it with you on a 20-minute call at calendly.com/k3x/demo.
