Zapier is the quickest route if your team already pays for it. K3X connects through Zapier's built-in Webhooks by Zapier app: POST to send data to an agent, Catch Hook to receive what an agent pushes out.
Open the Agents tab and click Create Agent.
Describe it: "When a discovery call is booked by webhook, find or create the company by the invitee's email domain, add the invitee as a person, create a deal in Demo Booked, and write a prep note with the company's website and what they asked for."
Add Webhook as a trigger and activate the agent.
Open the Webhook tab and copy the URL.
Create a Zap. Pick Calendly → Invitee Created as the trigger, connect your account, pick the event type and run the test so Zapier captures a real invitee with fields such as Invitee Name, Invitee Email and Event Start Time.
Add an action step and choose Webhooks by Zapier → POST.
URL: paste the agent's webhook URL.
Payload Type: JSON.
Data: add one row per key and pick the Calendly field for each: source = calendly, name = Invitee Name, email = Invitee Email, meeting_at = Event Start Time, meeting_type = Event Type Name.
Leave Wrap Request In Array set to No.
Click Test action. Zapier posts the sample invitee and should show a successful response. In K3X, open the agent's Activity tab to confirm the run, then check the Companies tab. Click Publish to turn the Zap on.
Create a new Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook as the trigger and copy the hook URL.
In K3X, open the agent and add a step: "Send a webhook to <your Zapier URL> with the company name, website, deal stage and a summary."
Run the agent once so Zapier catches a sample. Without a sample, Zapier cannot map fields in later steps.
Add your action steps (Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot) and turn the Zap on.
The agent's Deliveries tab shows each delivery and its status.
Facebook Lead Ads → K3X: new lead-form entry posts to an agent that creates the company and person and starts a follow-up sequence.
Typeform → K3X: form submission posts to a qualification agent that scores the company and assigns an owner.
K3X → Notion: when a deal moves stage, the agent pushes to a Zap that updates the matching Notion card.
K3X → HubSpot: keep a legacy HubSpot in sync by pushing company updates to a Zap that mirrors them.
No run in K3X: check the URL in the POST step and confirm the Zap is published, not only saved.
Run failed: open the run in Activity. Compare the key names in Zapier's Data sent with the names used in the agent's goal.
Catch Hook not firing: the Zap must be on. The editor's test URL is separate from the live hook URL.
Too many runs: add a Zapier Filter step before the POST so only the entries you care about reach K3X.
