# Connect K3X with Make.com

Send data from any Make scenario to a K3X agent with one HTTP module, and receive K3X results in Make with a Custom webhook.

Make is a visual automation builder. K3X drops into any Make scenario with one **HTTP → Make a request** module pointed at an agent's webhook URL. Going the other way, a **Webhooks → Custom webhook** module receives what a K3X agent pushes out.

## Make → K3X: a form submission becomes a company and a deal

### Step 1: build the agent in K3X

1. Open the **Agents** tab and click **Create Agent**.

2. Describe it: "When a demo request arrives by webhook, find or create the company by website, add the person with their email, create a deal in Demo Booked, assign it to the next rep and draft a welcome email for review." You can also start from the **Company Creation** template.

3. Add **Webhook** as a trigger and activate the agent.

4. Open the **Webhook** tab and copy the URL (`https://api.k3x.ai/webhooks/agents/<id>`).

### Step 2: start the scenario in Make

Create a new scenario. Add your trigger module, for example your form tool's "Watch responses", and run it once so Make captures a sample submission with the field names.

### Step 3: add the HTTP module

1. Add **HTTP → Make a request**.

2. **URL**: paste the agent's webhook URL.

3. **Method**: POST.

4. **Body type**: Raw. **Content type**: JSON (application/json).

5. **Request content**: a JSON object that maps your form fields to simple keys, using Make's variable picker, for example `{"source": "demo-form", "name": "{{1.name}}", "email": "{{1.email}}", "company": "{{1.company}}", "website": "{{1.website}}", "notes": "{{1.message}}"}`.

### Step 4: test, then turn it on

Click **Run once** in Make and submit a test entry. The HTTP module should show a successful response. In K3X, open the agent's **Activity** tab and confirm a run started with your payload, then check the Companies tab for the new record. Switch the scenario to **ON**.

## K3X → Make: receive results

1. In Make, create a scenario with **Webhooks → Custom webhook** as the trigger and copy the URL it generates.

2. In K3X, open the agent and add a step: "Send a webhook to <your Make URL> with the company name, website, deal stage and summary."

3. Run the agent once so Make captures a sample payload and learns the fields.

4. Build the rest of the scenario: post to Slack, append a Google Sheets row, update another system.

The agent's **Deliveries** tab shows each delivery and its status.

## Recipes

- **Stripe → K3X**: on a new customer, post to an agent that finds the company by email domain, moves the deal to a won stage and drafts an onboarding email.

- **Calendly → K3X**: on a booking, post to an agent that creates the company and person, creates a deal in Demo Booked and writes a prep note.

- **K3X → Slack**: an agent that qualifies inbound companies pushes a webhook to Make, which posts a summary in your sales channel.

- **K3X → Google Sheets**: when an agent moves a deal to won, push to Make and append a row to your revenue tracker.

## Troubleshooting

- **No run in K3X**: the scenario is saved but not ON, or the URL is wrong. Copy it again from the Webhook tab.

- **Run failed**: open the run in Activity. The usual cause is a key in the payload that does not match the name used in the goal.

- **Make did not receive the outbound webhook**: the Make scenario must be ON, and the URL in the agent step must be the Custom webhook URL, not the scenario URL.
